On May 7, 2026, our entire team came together for an internal workshop focused on strengthening cross-project collaboration, building synergies across the company, and shaping the future development of our program together.

The day featured inspiring expert talks, hands-on workshop stations, and open discussions across teams. The well-prepared projects and interactive formats provided valuable insights into different areas of work and encouraged intensive exchange between departments and project teams.

Employees from Consulting, Development, and Administration actively contributed their perspectives, leading to inspiring discussions, fresh ideas, and constructive collaboration. In smaller groups, experiences were shared, ideas reflected upon, and new impulses for the future were developed together.
