On April 3rd, 2025, Rail Management Consultants International GmbH held an internal workshop at the Werkhof Hannover, accompanied by sunny spring-like weather.
The purpose of this event was to strengthen cross-project understanding and further develop existing synergies within the company.
In addition, the day offered an opportunity to reflect on the future direction of RailSys® and to sharpen our long-term goals.

The diverse agenda included a series of inspiring expert presentations as well as group work in workshop-style stations.
These small group sessions not only provided insights into various topics but also included a reflection to capture different thoughts and ideas.

What made this event particularly valuable was the active participation across all departments – from consulting to development to administration.
The open dialogue, meaningful conversations, and overall positive atmosphere contributed to a stronger team spirit and delivered important input for our ongoing strategic development.
